These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Canva website template ("Template") provided by Anie Design Co ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Template, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license to use the Template.
The license allows you to customise and use the Template for one (1) website for yourself.
The license is granted in perpetuity (i.e., it does not expire), unless terminated under these Terms.
2. Permitted Use
You may not use the Template for commercial purposes, including creating a website for your business or for a paying client.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not:
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Template (or any modified version of it) as a standalone product or as part of a bundle.
Use the Template for multiple projects or clients without purchasing additional licenses.
Claim the Template as your own original design.
Use the Template in any way that violates Canva’s own terms of use.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Template remain the property of Anie Design Co. You are purchasing a license to use the Template, not ownership of the design itself.
5. No Warranty
The Template is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for any issues, errors, or damages that may result from the use or inability to use the Template.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable.
7. Termination
If you breach any of these Terms, your license may be terminated immediately without notice, and you must cease use of the Template and destroy all copies.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
