HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE TEMPLATE?
Once you have completed your purchase, a link will appear for you to download your template. This will bring you to Dropbox, where you can download the PDF file containing a link to the template and instructions on how to get started.
DO I NEED A CANVA PRO ACCOUNT?
No! You only need a free Canva account in order to edit your template.
HOW DO I PUBLISH THE WEBSITE?
Once you have completed editing your template, there will be a button in the top right of your screen that says ‘publish website’. Once you click this, you will have the option to customise your website URL (ie, johnandsteph.my.canva.site) - and that's it, your website is live, ready for your guests to access!
WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?
After you have paid for your template, there are no further fees or payments required to edit and publish your website.
DOES IT COLLECT GUEST RSVP INFORMATION?
Canva does not have the function to collect guest information, however in your RSVP section you can always include a link to a form that can collect your guest names, dietary requirements etc such as withjoy or Google Forms.
DOES THE LINK EXPIRE?
Nope! There is absolutely no time limit on your website, so you can get ahead of your wedding planning and create your dream wedding website well in advance of your big day.
